No. You are not required to share anything to be part of this space, and participation is designed to give you control over what you choose to disclose. Any information used for research or reporting is handled carefully, with a focus on protecting individual privacy and never exposing personal identities, unless we’re is given expressed consent.

No. This is not therapy and does not replace clinical care. It is a structured, peer-supported environment focused on reflection, connection, and personal autonomy that is designed to complement, not replace, forms of professional support.

You can cancel your membership at any time. There is no requirement to stay, participate, or engage in a certain way or for a specific duration of time. Although we want every member to stay with us indefinitely, this space is designed to respect your choice at every step.
